CONDITIONS OF HIRING THE BBQ TRAILER

The trailer will be hired clean and with full gas cylinders

The $75.00 hiring fee is to be paid in advance

Gas cylinders are to be refilled and BBQ must be cleaned before return, or the hirer will be liable for extra fees.

Indemnity:

The hirer is advised that the Lions Club of Helensburgh Inc. accepts no liability whatsoever for personal injury or property damage, arising out of the operation of the BBQ or the transport of the trailer whilst under the care of the hirer.

Damage or theft:

The hirer accepts responsibility for all or any damage or theft of all or any Lions’ Club equipment whilst in the hirer’s care.
